SV-312 is an isocyanate-free, high modulus,non conductive, thixotropic, single component modified polyurethane adhesive, which polymerizes rapidly under the effect of atmospheric moisture. It has been specially designed for bonding of fixed glass in automotive repair, and also can use to car windscreen, automative window and car windshield.
It allows a drive away time of 6 hours in vehicles with or without airbag.
*Providing the ambient temperature is at least 23°C and relative humidity 50 %.
At lower temperatures and humidities drive away time will be longer.

Matters needing attention

It can be tinted, but it is recommended not to use solvent based materials such as colored enamel.
Do not allow wet coating technology, and recommend not to use solvents, water, detergents or soap solutions.

Shading performance
Sv-312 polyurethane windshield wipers can be tinted with traditional methods, including epoxy resins and acrylic acid coatings, after full drying. Paint containing high solvent elements such as gloss enamel or high oil base paint will cause the surface reaction and soften the surface.
For optimum appearance and performance, the coating must be close to the tensile capacity of the js-311 polyurethane windshield. For the use of glue thickness less than 3mm, it can be colored after 24 hours. For the thickness greater than 3mm, it can be colored in 48 hours.

Cleaning the surface of A,
