Matters needing attention
When applied in the immersion situation, the polyurethane sealant should be fully solidified before the flood.
It can be tinted, but it is recommended not to use solvent based materials such as colored enamels, which must be tested in the field to ensure compatibility.
Wet coating technology is not allowed, and no solvents, water, detergents or soap solutions are recommended.
Before consulting Siway technicians, the use of high content chlorine disinfection areas such as swimming pools was not allowed.
SV polyurethane construction sealants can be used in a traditional way, including epoxy resins and acrylic acid coatings, after sufficient drying. Paint containing high solvent elements such as gloss enamel or high oil base paint will cause the surface reaction and soften the surface.

The construction of the
A,Cleaning the surface
Use a steel brush to remove all dirt, dust, and loose material, while cleaning all the oil with the cleaner. All previous adhesives must be cleaned by scraping, cutting, friction, blowing or proper cleaning.
SV polyurethane construction sealants usually do not need to be coated. For optimal performance, you can choose the recommended substrate. When the bottom coating is applied, the complete substrate should be smooth. It is not allowed to form a substrate, and the excess coating on the base should be fully dispersed to ensure that no coating is formed.
The polyurethane sealant does not need to be mixed, directly used.
D, coating operation
With sufficient pressure, the JS polyurethane construction sealant coating is applied to the substrate surface to ensure the thickness of the coating is not less than 1mm.
E, construction temperature
Recommended products under 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ ambient temperature, the construction is preferred.
