  • Airflow 65R is an all-purpose vacuum hose for workshops, ovens, and autoclaves. The outer ply is silicone rubber that encases a flexible steel tube that prevents collapse and hose separation. The bell-shaped ferrule helps extend hose life. Available in straight or 90° end fittings on one or both ends.     Step 1 Deflate tube completely.
    Step 2 Apply pressure with your knee or a second person before loosening valve.Maintain enough pressure to the outside of the rib valve.
    Step 3 Remove Valve while someone is holding the backside valve applying pressure so it doesn’t fall into the tube.
    Step 4 Screw on valve and tighten with valve tool.
    Step 5 Inflate tube and apply soapy water to see if valve leaks. If valve leaks tighten some more.
