Alumilite’s High Strength 2 & 3 are a two-part, high tear, high elongation silicone rubber. They are excellent for one and two piece molds that have moderate to severe undercuts requiring high elongation. Both systems also have superior tear strength allowing you to flex and torque the mold as needed to demold parts. The thin consistency of each system makes mixing easy, usually requiring no degassing, with excellent transfer of detail from the original.
