The size of the tire in this video is P215/60R16. It’s not hard to pump up flat car tires with a standard bicycle floor pump. You can find a good bicycle floor pump at Amazon (affiliate link):

I do pump up car tires this way all the time. I keep a bike pump in the trunk for emergencies. It’s useful and handy.
