Smart Window Technology is being developed at Dow Corning. We are excited about this technology as it can be programmed to work in sync with other building systems and offers the potential for highly adjustable daylight control. In addition, Smart Windows may help reduce cooling, heating and lighting requirements by either redirecting unwanted heat from the sun or allowing sunlight to enter when natural warmth and light are desired.
