Verandah leaks are stopped for good with a scribed apron flashing. The flashing is customised to the shape of the verandah roof, and attaches to the wall or facia, completely covering where the verandah attaches to the home, making it impossible for water to leak even during the heaviest rain.
On completion of the job, all offcuts and swathe are removed from the roof to prevent rust & corrosion, as shown at the end of the video.
