I truly question the IQ of the Seller on this job. To check off “no water in basement” on the disclosure is as dumb as the many dumb ass attempts to fix it over the years. And I didn’t show where they took out the sump pumps and concreted over to hide the issues for the sale. Let me just warn all you Real Estate Agents in NJ and PA. The “Real Estate Rip off” Video I made won that “BUYER” 75K. Their Lawyer took the case “Pro Bono.” Every one involve in the sale was included. After viewing the video the Judge had no question of Guilty or Innocent. They all paid up. And both listing and seller agents paid Twice their Commissions. Do you realize I’m giving you all deals if you show this to a potential client who wants to cover it up? There will be Mold. There will always be Daniel J OConnor and Hydroarmor Systems and a new video each and every time I do the job.
