FEATURES:
Size of extruder on request.
Gravimetric feeder used to feed the material and to ensure a constant feeding of the polymer into the extruder.
Extrusion die designed and manufactured according to diameters, thickness and geometry required.
Perfect calibration ensured inside the vacuum tank, where a modulating control interacts with diameter measuring system, adjusting the vacuum if necessary.
Water immersion cooling tunnels sized in length depending on the throughput required and closed type to prevent any possible contamination.
Process water filtered using a special filter to ensure its purity.
Finished product rolled up on cantilever reels, to avoid contact with floor while the reel has automatically changed by the system.
Winding system controlled by a non-contact sonar device, to prevent tension on tubing while the reel is forming.
The downstream equipment includes a special haul-off and cutting unit.
Cutting of the medical tubing to desired length by a workbench with conveyor belt and accumulator.
Purpose-surface treatment of used steels, to remove the contamination risk and make cleaning operations easy.
Tubing diameter measuring system.
Calibration tank, with vacuum adjustment synchronized with diameter measuring system to ensure the specific dimensions required.
Cooling tunnels, closed type design to prevent process water from being contaminated.
Water cooling system using special filters.
