In this video i show you how to prepare to apply a paint sealant , then to go ahead and apply the sealant. In order for a paint sealant to adhere properly to your cars paint properly, all old coatings and oils/waxes need to be removed first, in this case I paired Auto Finesse’s Tough Coat with their Tough prep which is almost like a polish, it removes any old coatings or sealants on the paint so Tough Coat and bond fully to the paint (fully decontaminate your paint first and clay bar if needed)I’ve been using these 2 products for a while now, even in my detailing business and it never fails to leave a customer with a smile. I used Auto Finesse’s Handi Puck along with its Microfibre Spot Pad for the prep, and for the sealant used their Wax pad , this provided excellent application to last for at least 6 months.
