This is how a silicone roller is extruded from an extruded roll builder. In this short video clip, you can see how we extrude raw silicone on to a new, clean roller core that has had the chemical adhesive 607 applied before covering. This particular material is measured with a Shore guage which will read 70 durometer after an eight hour curing cycle in our autoclave. This (short clip) was recorded on Wednesday January 5th, 2011
