tire salesman would not try to repair this tire with a large patch and tube like I wanted, so I bought a large patch and tube, and used a long sheet metal screw through the patch so I could hold on to it from outside the tire while i aired the tube up, holding the patch in place from the inside. The tube got pinched i suppose, the air leaked out, the patch fell off, then the valve stem fell inside the rim, so I got out my drill and a small bit and drilled about 10 holes in the side wall and started injecting foam from the bottom of the tire while the tire was standing up, now the tire is hard as if it was aired up. it took 10 cans of dow expanding foam to do it right with no air pockets. its a mess but it wont be on there very long. the way we use the machine.
