We present the new dosing machine produced by Intecprocess designed specifically for dispensing of two-component adhesives based Dow Corning silicone.
The Doss-K series is a range of machines able to solve most generic applications in two-component adhesives. Designed and built on the knowledge gained from years of experience providing technical solutions to application processes and two-component adhesives resins in different industrial sectors.
RTV bicomponent silicone adhesive
These two-component silicone-based adhesives cure at room temperature after mixing two parts.
The main advantage of these silicones is rapid cure time, which shortens processing times and increased production rates.
Unlike one-component RTV silicones, RTV silicones bicomponent are suitable for use in confined spaces (not need the ambient humidity) and can be used with large thicknesses.

I exfoliate twice a week but decided to include the exfoliation in the video because I wanted to show you what I was using at the time
I do not use a towel on my face, I used it in the video because obviously I don’t film in my bathroom and needed to use something else to wipe everything off. It was a once off thing.
