Velux Window Leak GGLP10 – HELP
My Velux window is leaking in the corner when there is very heavy rain. Does any body know if there is a quick fix for this?
I think the first thing people should try is to reduce humidity. I bought a dehumidifier and it solved the problem completely.
The more I think about it makes perfect sense. The window is at the top of the house. Warm wet air rises and when it hits the coldest part of the window it condenses. The water would then run down the slope of the window into the corner and it makes it look like it appears to be leaking.
