Vloeibaar rubber / vloeibare siliconen zijn perfect geschikt om zelf een mal te maken /gieten van een bestaand figuur of beeldje. Maar je kan er natuurlijk ook vormen voor modelbouw mee maken.
Het is ook mogelijk de siliconen met bijvoorbeeld een kwast aan te brengen.
In deze mal kan je vervolgens weer gietzeep of gips gieten (of ander materiaal tot max 400 graden) waarna de afbeelding is nagemaakt.
A en B component
De vloeibare siliconen bestaat uit een a en b component, als deze twee met elkaar gemengd worden zal de vloeibare siliconen hard worden.
Met een toevoeging van 2% verharder (verharder = B-component) zal het 24 uur duren voordat de siliconen uitgehard is.
Je kan ook meer verharder toevoegen kan maar dan loopt je het risico dat niet alle luchtbelletjes uit de mal zijn verdwenen voordat de siliconen is uitgehard.
De kleur van de siliconen is ook aan te passen met ons setje kleurstof!
