This is necessary because the glass is randomly placed on the pallets at the manufacturer.
Once picked it is placed into a regrip fixture, then placed under an ITW hot melt nozzle. A Keyence UV sensor verifies glue is being dispensed 100%. Once glue routine is finished, the glass is placed into the injection molded frames that are located in the X and Y positions with pneumatic thrusters.
