We’re always harping on about presentation when it comes to selling your home and for good reason.
One of the things we CONSTANTLY see in properties is old and mouldy sealant in kitchens and bathrooms. You know, the bit where the tiles meet your bench tops or around the sinks.
There’s always moisture about and before you know it things can start to look a little bit, well, grimy and dirty – even in relatively newly renovated homes.
So if you’re going to be putting your home on the market take a good look at these areas.

We were helping an older couple get their home ready for market in Rockingham. Their home was in great condition overall but the sealant in their bathrooms and kitchens was letting down the presentation.
Lyndon offered to do this job for them (the things we do!) as they were pensioners and couldn’t really afford to employ a trady.
We took some video of the job to help out others who might want to give it a go. Now we’re sure there are tradies and other DIY’ers out there who could the do job easier, quicker and better, but this is how we do it anyways.
