Re-sealing a bottle with the tamper resistant seal in tack can be used to discreetly sneak alcohol or clear liquid into places. You can also sneak it into a concert, sporting event or on a cruise. In the video I use vodka but you can use whatever you want.
Cut off the top portion of a water bottle and put it in boiling water. The lid should be easy to push off with the seal staying attached. It can then be screwed onto another bottle.
