This is a video of my deck 3 years after I stained it in the prior video from 2011. The colors are solid Castle Gray and White. Overall, the stain held up well for 3 years, but it needs to be re-stained. The horizontal sections (the deck floor and rail) are 3 years old, all vertical pieces are 5 years old. This demonstrates that the Behr Premium Deck Stain could be well used for fences, please see my neighbors dingy, browning white fence he painted a year after I painted my vertical spires for comparison. Overall, its been a good product for me. This is my 3rd time re-staining the floor, second time the vertical spires. Use with confidence. No special prep outside of a power wash.
We lay tile in our pool this season. With lots of help from the dog. She finally gets to enjoy her labors at the end.
