1 Tbs Borax & 1/2 cup water
In another cup put 2 tbs glue, 1 tbs corn starch, food coloring. STIR
Pour mixture into water and borax mixture. Mix for 30 sec. Take out and form balls.
Put them In Balloon!

I did a few simple mods to my backyard offset smoker and it cooks much better now. Check out my video on the tuning plate setup https://youtu.be/ISQfrhVtIe8 I added tuning plates, charcoal basket, and high temp silicone around the doors. These mods should work on similar offset smokers as well.
