    First off I wanted to apologize for the lack of direction in the first half of the video. I unfortunately lost a lot of my original footage. So I tried my best to explain it.

    Few first steps.

    You will need a flexible plastic material (I used rubber matting from RONA, It was the same material you roll a office chair on the carpet)

    Trace your feet and be creative with what design you want for the fin on a piece of wrapping paper. That is your pattern to cut out your rubber with.

    Cut your fin out of the plastic with pattern you made

    Wrap your legs from your hip to your feet in a polyester fabric something flexible. Pin a line from your toes to your hips then take off the wrap sew alone that line. DO INCLUDE YOUR FULL TWO FEET.

    Once you have a “body sock” cut a slit for your zipper and continue to sew that in as well.

    Put your body sock back on and Duct Tape the fin heavily from your feet to your calfs both sides (you will see how much I used in the video so you get a idea of how far I went. I would also suggest going further down the fin for more support).

    Because you feet are only on half the plastic (toes to arch of foot) there will be a hump for your heel on the back side you want this to be there. That way you can stand with it on.
