Through the applied research on silicone material chemical properties and LIMs, we succeeded in developing a new technique for bonding and overmolding silicone material with plastic and metal materials alike via a single LIMs injection process. The over molded entity would hereafter enhances its overall structure strength. This technique is achieved via the single LIMs injection process, unlike the 2K LIMs injection process which requires almost a three-fold higher monetary investment.
