Phương pháp thi công Sikaflex Construction AP
Sau khi vệ sinh bề mặt khe hoàn thành, chèn miếng xốp theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật của khe, quét Primer 3 nếu cần thiết. Đặt tuýp Sikaflex Construction AP vào súng bắn keo PU và bắt đầu bơm vào khe sao cho keo Pu này tiếp xúc hoàn toàn với hai bên thành khe để đảm bảo độ bám dính tốt, sau đó làm đầy khe để không còn bọt khí. Nên dùng băng keo giấy dán hai bên thành khe trước khi thi công keo sika gốc Pu này để không bị lem bẩn khi thi công và tháo bỏ lớp băng keo này sau khi thi công xong ( khi Sikaflex Construction AP vẫn còn ướt). Để bề mặt trám khe láng đẹp nên dùng nước sạch có pha ít chất tẩy rửa để làm phẳng bề mặt.

Vệ sinh dụng cụ: Vệ sinh dụng cụ và thiết bị bằng dung môi công nghiệp, xăng thơm sau khi sử dụng xong. Nếu vật liệu đã đông cứng thì có thể dùng biện pháp cơ học để làm sạch.
Chú ý thi công: chất trám đàn hồi Pu không thể phủ lên lớp sơn
Nếu loại sơn thích hợp có thể sơn lên chất trám dọc theo khe nối đến tối đa 1 mm.
Màu sắc có thể thay đổi do tiếp xúc với hóa chất nhiệt độ cao hay sóng UV( đặt biệt với màu sáng). Tuy vậy điều đó không ảnh hưởng đến tính chất kĩ thuật hay độ bền của sản phẩm. trước khi thi công lên trên đá tự nhiên, nên tham khảo ý kiến của bộ phận hỗ trợ kỹ thuật của chúng tôi tại 024 22101327
Không được dùng Sikaflex Construction AP để trám trong bể nước
Không dùng được cho những nơi có áp lực nước cao hoặc những nơi ngập lâu trong với nước
Sử dụng tốt ở những nơi thông thoáng
Khi chất trám mới thi công có mùi thơm dễ chịu cho đến khi đông rắn hoàn toàn. Không được trộn hay để tiếp xúc Sikaflex Construction AP trên bề mặt có thể phản ứng với isicyanate, chất tẩy rửa có dung môi và hợp chất tháo dỡ ván khuôn. Nói chung các chất mà có phản ứng với Sikaflex Construction AP và làm ảnh hưởng đến quá trình đóng rắn của sản phẩm
