This video is featuring a Giardina Finishing spray reciprocating system mod. DUALTECH 412 SB. The video show the patented squeegee system to clean the synthetic belt. The system consists of two squeegee rubber wipers that “re-wet” the whole width of the synthetic belt and remove the paint in excess without generating any friction on the belt. This allow a longer life expectancy of the synthetic belt with consequent savings. Moreover the fact that the squeegees holding frames are close to the belt, allow a drastically reduced need of cleaning solvent compared to other systems in the market, thus reducing the cleaning solvent consumption.
