Samsung released 2 bulletins stating that a defective water wall
deflector vane May cause the door leaks.
Bulletin #
ASC20150806001
ASC20151026002

Samsung also updated the software to open
the vent earlier to reduce the steam pressure
that may have been causing the door to open.

After removing the gunk and Cleaning the
bottom seal area with rubbing alcohol,
I used a 1/4″ thick bead of 100 % food grade
or aquarium silicone sealer
under and around the bottom of the door seal
gasket strip (not in the steel channel.)
This should seal the door from the
water wall jets causing the door leak.
Allow 48 hours to dry / cure With the Door Open
before using the dishwasher.

When I did this I completely removed the outer
door skin to diagnose / inspect for leaks
and to gain better access to the door holes at the bottom
that I thought may cause the leak.
I do not recommend doing this unless you have good
mechanical skills.

Instead :
Try putting a small bead of silicone into the door gaps
at the bottom of the door on both sides with paper towel
between the side of the door and the tub lip.
This is done to prevent the sealer from oozing into the
door opening cut out or tub lip area.
Then remove the paper towel and wipe off any excess silicone.
It is messy stuff but cleans easily when wet.
You can smooth the silicone with a Wet finger immediately
after caulking to get a better seal and for aesthetics.

You could try sealing the bottom door seal gasket first.
Let cure / dry 48 hours with the door open then
Run the dishwasher empty using full zone booster settings
and see if that stops the leak or do both areas at once.

If your dishwasher is leaking out the center of the door
it is most likely caused by the vent assembly.
That requires removing the outer door skin and diagnosing
the vent solenoid or vent fan.
It is only sold as complete part # DD93-01011A
but the individual parts are sold on Ebay.

Hopefully this will seal the door and prevent the leaks.

Good luck …

“I purchased Samsung and had the water trouble leaking on floor and glass rack not staying put.
I figured out the cure . The problem isn’t the door . …

1. buy a sturdy rubber band that wont break down . Strong enough to firmly grab the two prongs where the water jet syncs with top rack .
This will create a snug fit. hence will let door seal properly.
2. Get waterproof caulk from the depot. Now open the door and with fingers find the two openings in base of door . This is the issue . water wall nears the door and pushes water into this are then it creates a leak .I caulked both holes and let dry and now no more water on floor or leaking into water leak sensor area.”
