The Video shows the Vision Aided Laser Cutting system in action. In this video the machine is cutting rubber sheets ~0.5mm thick.
Vision system analysis the image to determine the best cutting path based on defined cut offset and corner radii and the cutting path is generated automatically. The path is then downloaded to motion controller that performs cutting by routing the laser head and controlling laser ON/OFF sequencing.
