Howdy folks, on this newly built garage completed By Larry Beilman, a Licensed general contractor in Alameda, ca. I explain one of the best types of polyurethane adhesive caulking to seal stucco lathing required by city codes to be used to fuse windows, doors, electrical outlets, Pipes or anything that may need fusing to the paper to be completed prior to an application of stucco.
If this caulking work is not done before application of stucco, these areas will have the potential to leak.
FYI, most stucco and concrete mixes use Portland cement as a binder, for example.
Concrete mixes rocks with their Portland cement with clean water to make concrete,
Stucco mixes sand with Portland cement with clean water also,
to create stucco.
