SV-602 is a 2-part structural epoxy adhesive developed for such application as dry fixing cladding. It has strong adhesion to metals, woods, reinforced plastics stone, ceramic and masonry. Matters needing attention

Method of use
Surface treatment: to achieve the best effect of using, binding the surface of the parts to do cleaning, remove rust, dirt, grease and other surface dirt, and keep dry. Smooth on MAO.
With glue: according to the need according to the weight or volume ratio 1:1 the right amount of A and B component, fully mixing, blending after the glue should be uniform in appearance.
Glue & binding: the mixture with appropriate tools after adhesive coating on the surface of the be bonded parts of adhesive. Suggest A and B components mix 20 minutes after the effective operating period (23 ℃) finish coating and bonding operation. The higher the temperature, the shorter the applicable period.
The following data for the user reference:
Temperature 25 ℃ under the condition of product in accordance with the proportion of 1:1 realization table dry blend to 45 to 55 minutes, 4 hours after mixing bonding strength can reach regulations of the product inspection standard strength value, achieve full 8 hours after curing strength of 60-70%, basic implementation cured 24 hours a day. The higher the temperature the faster the curing.
