This video is of the first crude working model. Newer models have a proper ring stand and waterproof silicone sealants rated 50 years for top quality waterproof connections. Simply have your distillate drip into the funnel and your hydrosol will run off from the hose into your collection container while your oil remains in the funnel. When finished, simply, use the stop valve at the base of the funnel to run off your hydrosol and collect your oil. If a few drops of hydrosol remain in your essential oil, place it in the freezer until the hydrosol freezes and pour off your clean 100% essential oil.
