Silicone CS-19332 is an outstanding Silicone in Water emulsifier. The INCI is “LAURYL PEG-9 POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE”. Silicone CS-19332 produces an extremely stable silicone in water emulsion at a very low viscosity (water like). This product can be used in various formulations where there is a need to incorporate silicone into the water system yet require a water like appearance; for example, milky liquid serum, liquid sunscreen.
