In a several simple steps, we’ll present you how to seal the edges of your your water-resistant laminate flooring. The only resources you will will need are completely flexible silicone, a caulking gun and PE foam strips.

If you‘ve diligently followed the set up guidelines, you should really have some house still left in between the laminate boards and the wall. This will give the boards some leeway to shrink and develop when the humidity improvements.

    1. Fill the crevices in between the wall and flooring with PE foam.

    2. Use the caulking gun to top rated the PE foam with silicone.

    3. Even the silicone out using your finger.

    5. Is your flooring in a space where by it can get excess damp, like a lavatory or kitchen? Put some silicone on the base of the skirting boards immediately after you’ve set up them to make the flooring excess waterproof. Really don’t neglect to even out the silicone with your finger!
